Governance & Leadership

Structured for accountability, not bureaucracy.

The Foundation is led by Founder & Executive Director, Mr Delroy Brown, who oversees operations, donor relations, and community projects. Each pillar receives dedicated attention while staying aligned with the overall mission, and volunteers and community partners extend our reach and build local trust.

Clear lines of responsibility. Every pillar has a named owner reporting back to Foundation leadership.

Regular financial reporting. Allocation and spend are reviewed and published on a regular cycle.

Open donor communication. Partners and donors can request updates on how their contribution was used.

Community-rooted accountability. Volunteers and local partners help verify that support reaches the families it’s meant for.
